Trinchero Family Estates Hires NewLevel for 2007 Supervisory Training Series

Transportation Planning Update Underway with NewLevel Group's Help

NewLevel Group has been tapped by the Napa County Transportation & Planning Agency (NCTPA) to provide community outreach coordination for Napa County’s Strategic Transportation Plan Update. NLG will be supporting the technical work of the transportation and planning engineering firm, DKS Associates, by gathering community input on critical transportation issues to enable the NCTPA to analyze and identify the best solutions and approaches for Napa's transportation future.

Child Support Services of Napa County transitions leadership with NewLevel Group’s help. After 16 years as a Napa County employee, Natasha Merkuloff, the director of Child Support Services is retiring. In addition to the transition in leadership, the agency has recently undergone significant changes in its systems and procedures. With these two notable changes, Carrie Hays of NewLevel Group will be working with the staff at a day-long retreat on ways to manage the transitions effectively. Specifically, they will explore the ways in which staff interacts with each other, approaches problems, and makes decisions.
